Hudson "Ace" Etienne, Founder of TAX DRx Financial Corporation, is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) where he graduated with honors, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering with minors in Finance and Accounting. Hudson is certified as a Registered Financial consultant, an IRS Enrolled Agent, an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA), and an Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP). Additionally, he is studying to become a Certified Financial Planner.

Hudson’s goal for TAX DRx is to offer taxpayers a viable alternative when it comes to Tax Resolution, Tax Preparation, and Small Business Bookkeeping. Hudson’s belief is that taxpayers deserve to be coached on how to lower their tax exposure and have their questions answered by a knowledgeable tax professional. In 2019, Mr. Etienne expanded his vision to offer business opportunities for CPAs, EAs, and Attorneys, to reach their professional and personal goals when he franchised the business. Additionally, he established GetMyBooksRight.com to assist small business owners with basic bookkeeping and virtual CFO packages which include tracking income and expense transactions for all business checking, savings, and credit card accounts. We review and reconcile the accounts and provide financial reports every month or every quarter to strategically move powerfully.

Hudson is a proud member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS), the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), the National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP), the National Society of Accountants, the National Association of Black Accountants, the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA), and the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants (NACFC), and a Dave Ramsey Show ELP (Endorsed Local Provider are the only tax professionals Dave Ramsey recommends).

Hudson believes that continued education and affiliation with strong professional organizations are a key success in any profession. A recognized entrepreneur and innovator, he has received numerous honors, including the Award of Excellence from the New Jerusalem Baptist Church, and the Paul Harris Fellow for his community service and contributions while serving as President of the Rotary Club of Roselle-Roselle Park in 2004.

Hudson has engaged in numerous public speaking engagements, has appeared on The Wendy Williams Experience, Money Making Mondays with Andrew Morrison and the KISS FM Wake-Up Club, and OPEN LINE with Bob Slade, Bob Pickett Esq. WBLS FM, workshop presenter at Fired Up! SMALL BUSINESS Empowerment Summit, with the NJ Spelman Alumnae / National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) on Franchising and a tax workshop presenter at the Newark Leadership Roundtable on Business in Montclair State University, organized by The Positive Community Magazine. He has also presented Biblical Financial Stewardship workshops at New Zion Baptist Church in Elizabeth, NJ, at Newark Good Shepherd Church of the Nazarene and First Shiloh Baptist Church, in West Orange, NJ.
